My name is Clarence Stokes Jr., My mission is simple. To get you to look good naked, and to help you live well.
The reason why my message is vital is that at our age, it’s not just about looking good in a bikini or a muscle shirt, but it’s about:

Curbing the aging process,
Keeping up with the grand kids,
Stop the joints from hurting,
Looking youthful,
Maintaining our vitality, not tired,
And having a better sex life.
As a former client once shared, “I don’t mind getting older, I just don’t want to get old.” We can not stop getting older, but we can do the things required from getting old.

As far as nutrition goes, you will be reminded: “It’s the FOOD.” For it’s “the food” that got most of you in the mess you are in (obesity, Type II diabetes, inflammation, etc.) and, it will be “the food” that will get you out! We will come up with a strategy on foods you need to eat and how much. I am not talking about chicken and broccoli, but meals we both know will satisfy your body requirements as well as your palate! I will provide the blueprint to get you in the best condition of your life. The rest is up to you. Pick a plan and, let’s get started.
